Preparing for the Trip

4 More days until Monday! Right now I’m making an rough itinerary of the trip, so I can make sure to go everywhere I want to go.

Also, in case I wasn’t very clear before, I’m going for [basically] a whole week and yes, I’m going to visit Forks, La Push, and Port Angeles (it wouldn’t be much of a “Twilight” road trip without going there.

I’m really excited because I’ve NEVER been outside the state of California before (well except for Mexico).... and not only am I going to the state of Washington, but you have to drive by Oregon first, that’s going to two new states in one trip!

Not only that, but the only road trips I’ve taken were to Disneyland, which is only 400 miles/6 hours away (starting point being the San Francisco Bay Area)... this trip will definitely beat those being double the miles/hours away (825 miles/13 hours).

Yet, I know it will take at least an hour or two longer to get there, since I have to take into consideration stops for food, & gas.

This has turned out to be a longer blog then expected, but I decided to start writing my daily blogs now, talking about all my preparations, so look out for all of these! =]
